Note: Mr. Calero could not assume the position if elected since he is not a citizen of the United States. Because of this, some States will not list his name on the ballot. In those particular States, the SWP is submitting the name of James Harris, who is a natural born citizen, as the party's Presidential candidate.

This is because we don't vote directly for the Presidential candidate but rather for the Presidential electors, which is why no form is needed for other offices in the State.
